3. Google Calendar Integration

Our platform provides an optional Google Calendar integration that is available only to the business owner/instructor.

The instructor may choose to connect their Google Account by clicking “Connect Google Calendar” within the administration dashboard. Google Calendar access is requested solely through Google's secure OAuth authorization process.

Once authorized, our application may use Google Calendar to:

  • Create driving lesson events
  • Update lesson events
  • Delete cancelled lesson events
  • Read calendar availability
  • Prevent scheduling conflicts and double bookings
  • Support calendar management required for lesson scheduling

Our application does not:

  • Allow students or public users to access the instructor's Google Calendar
  • Sell Google user data
  • Share Google Calendar information with third parties
  • Use Google Calendar data for advertising
  • Use Google Calendar data for marketing purposes
  • Use Google Calendar data for AI model training or unrelated purposes

We access only the information necessary to provide scheduling functionality requested by the instructor.

The instructor may disconnect Google Calendar at any time through the administration dashboard or by revoking access from their Google Account.

Google Calendar authorization may be revoked by the instructor at any time.
