1. Services
ACT Capital Driving School provides professional driving instruction services in the Canberra region. Our services include individual driving lessons, pickup and drop-off services, and driving test preparation.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card through our secure payment processor. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Lessons may be cancelled with at least 12 hours notice for a full automatic refund via Stripe. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson will forfeit the full lesson fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
4. Student Requirements
Students must hold a valid learner's permit issued by Access Canberra. Students must present their learner's permit at the start of each lesson. Students under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent.
5. Safety
Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor during lessons. The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the student is deemed unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or exhibiting dangerous behaviour).
6. Liability
ACT Capital Driving School maintains comprehensive insurance for all driving lessons. However, students are responsible for any traffic infringements incurred during lessons unless caused by instructor error.
