Automatic Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our refund system is designed to be simple and automatic.

More than 12 Hours Notice

If you cancel your lesson more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time:

• Full refund is processed automatically via Stripe
• Refund typically appears within 5-10 business days
• No action required from you - it's automatic

Less than 12 Hours Notice

If you cancel or fail to attend your lesson with less than 12 hours notice:

• The full lesson fee will be forfeited
• No refund will be provided

This policy exists because our instructors set aside dedicated time for your lesson and late cancellations prevent us from helping other students.

Instructor Cancellation

In the rare event that we need to cancel your lesson due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or severe weather:

• Full refund available, or
• Free rescheduling to another available time (priority booking)

How to Cancel

To cancel your lesson, use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. If you cancel more than 12 hours before your lesson, your refund will be processed automatically through Stripe.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine emergency (medical emergency, bereavement, etc.), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
